The Transport General Authority (TGA) in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Darb Al Watan Company, announced the opening of the bus station in Dammam as part of its goal to enhance the standard of public transportation within the city and to offer a dependable and safe means of transportation between the Kingdom's cities.
The government, along with the Darb Al-Watan company, opened the bus station in Dammam in front of En. Fawaz Al-Sahli, the Vice President of the Organization Sector.
According to the authority, the new station in the Al Salam area of Dammam serves as a significant hub and main center for connecting the city's public transit system and attending to passenger demands.
It connects neighborhoods to key areas of the city, spans 21,000 square meters, has 22 stops, and contributes to better transportation quality between neighborhoods.
With the utmost care and attention to detail, this proposal offers a cutting-edge and contemporary transportation system that will enhance the availability of safe and convenient transit for both city dwellers and tourists.
